IPE Virtual Forum III of COVID-19 Series

The IPE Office at Campbell University continues its virtual forum series on Covid-19 with Where Do We Go from Here? This third installment seeks to provide attendees a better picture of the next phases in the Covid-19 pandemic. The interprofessional panel will explore the public’s return to “normalcy” – what the economic impact will look like at various milestones, the current state of vaccine development, the rights of individuals to protect the safety of their families and selves, and what the phases of reopening will look like from a public health standpoint.  There is not charge to participate.

Learning Objectives

1. Describe the process of vaccine development for COVID-19
2. Evaluate the current available information regarding vaccine development
3. Discuss economic impacts to small businesses and large corporations, and outline best practices for business owners for reopening.
4. Discuss the legal implications of reopening and the rights of individuals to protect their safety and wellbeing – including employees and employers alike
5. Describe the phases of reopening and best health and safety practices for individuals, families, businesses, and institutions
